I would like to finish the year off with a song sung by my favourite singer Kishore Kumar. This melodious song is from the movie Manzil. The magic created by RD Burman and Kishore Kumar in this song is awesome.
Rarely have i heard a singer with Kishore Kumar's voice quality in my life. Also the emotional content in his singing to me is unparalleled. Kishore has touched hearts like no other. Yes i am a bit baised with Kishore but i am sure there are many others like me :-)
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all those who have visited my blog since its inception and had taken the trouble to comment on my renditions. Your comments and encouragement have kept me going and i hope to offer more next year.
Flawless singing is still a luxury that i am unable to afford but i try and i hope with your encouragement i will improve my renditions further in the future.

A while back Ramesh emailed me to gauge my interest in trying something different - singing a Kannada song. At first i was a bit skeptical about it but thought it would be a good experience. So began the journey to sing a Kannada song. The tune of the song was awesome so singing it made it that much easier.
Vidya , whose mother tongue happens to be Tamil , has joined me in a joint effort to render this song . She has done an excellent job of it.

I am back again !! This time it is a duet and it is with Vidyu. We have tried to sing this melodious title number from the movie Hum Tum. This song was one among the top 10 in 2004(atleast i think so !). Babul and Alka yet again recreate the magic of Aate Aate in this song. Music is by Jatin Lalit.
